If there is a conflict between this page and a signed contract, the signed contract will control.

2. Inventory, Pricing & Availability

• All vehicles listed on this website are subject to prior sale and may be removed from the website at any time without notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure that vehicle information (price, mileage, equipment, title status, etc.) is accurate; however, errors and omissions may occur.
• Prices are subject to change at any time and may not include taxes, title, license, registration, state inspection, documentary fees, or optional products and services.
• We reserve the right to correct any error or inaccuracy and to cancel any pending transaction arising from such errors, even after a deposit has been placed, provided any deposit is refunded to you.

3. Vehicle Condition, "AS-IS" Sales & Warranties

• Unless specifically stated in writing on the buyer's order or separate warranty document, all vehicles are sold "AS-IS", with no warranty, express or implied.
• An AS-IS sale means that once you buy the vehicle, all repairs and maintenance are your responsibility, even if a problem exists or becomes apparent after delivery.
• Any descriptions regarding condition, options, or prior history are based on information available to us (including but not limited to auction reports, prior owners, and third-party sources) and are provided as a good-faith opinion only.
• We strongly encourage you to inspect the vehicle and/or obtain an independent mechanic inspection before purchase.
• If a vehicle is sold with any written warranty, service contract, or limited guarantee, its terms will be provided in a separate document and will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

4. Title Status, Accident & History Reports

• We may provide vehicle history information (for example, Carfax®, AutoCheck®, or other reports) as a convenience. These reports are generated by third parties and we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
• Title brands (such as salvage, rebuilt, flood, lemon law, manufacturer buyback, or total loss) will be disclosed to you to the best of our knowledge and as required by applicable law at the time of sale.
• You are responsible for reviewing all title documents and any history reports before completing the transaction.

5. Financing, Payments & Approvals

• Financing is subject to credit approval by third-party lenders. We do not guarantee financing for any customer.
• Any terms quoted (down payment, APR, payment amount, and length of loan) are examples only and may vary based on lender, credit profile, vehicle, income, and other factors.
• Submitting an application authorizes us and our financing partners to obtain your credit report and verify information provided.
• If a financing approval is later revoked or cannot be confirmed by the lender, you may be required to return the vehicle or provide additional money or documentation, consistent with the terms of your retail installment contract and applicable law.

6. Deposits, Holds & Special Orders

• Any deposit to hold a vehicle is generally applied toward the purchase price at closing, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• We may charge a non-refundable deposit for special orders or for holding a vehicle for an extended time. This will be disclosed to you in writing if applicable.
• If you fail to complete the purchase within the agreed time, we may return the vehicle to inventory and retain some or all of the deposit as liquidated damages, consistent with the written terms of your buyer's order.

7. Test Drives & Use of Loaner / Rental Vehicles

• You must possess a valid driver’s license and meet our insurance and safety requirements to test drive or take possession of any loaner or rental vehicle.
• You are responsible for any damage, traffic tickets, toll violations, or misuse while the vehicle is in your possession, as detailed in any separate rental or loaner agreement you sign.

8. Website Use & Online Forms

• By submitting any form on this website (trade-in form, finance application, contact form, etc.), you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to try to harm, overload, or interfere with our systems or other users.
• Online communications (including forms, emails, and text messages) may not be secure. Do not send highly sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through a secure channel.

• These Terms and any transaction with us are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
• Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to a transaction with us shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law or by a written arbitration agreement you sign.
• If you have signed a separate arbitration agreement, its terms will control the method and forum for resolving disputes.
